TEACHER TRAINING

Yoga Teacher Training

There comes a time in the life of many a yoga practitioner (yes, that’s you!) when you are ready to go deeper into your study of yoga.

It may be that you simply want to deepen your own practice and understand the fuller picture of what yoga is all about. Or, you might start to have a desire to share the benefits of yoga that you have experienced with others by becoming a yoga teacher.

Either motivation is a great reason to consider one of the Yoga Training programs that I am involved with in the Bay Area.

Namaste Yoga Teacher Training

I am pleased to again be acting as a senior faculty member for Namaste Yoga’s 200-hour teacher training program. I will be teaching the experiential anatomy portions of the program, as well as a few other topics.

The program consists of two modules: Yoga Immersion and The Art of Teaching. Modules may be taken separately or together.

Module I:  September – December
Module II:  January – April

At Namaste Yoga, East Bay
