Here’s what some of the recent students had to say about their experiences with the online YFHA Training:
"I think it is very important to mention just how amazing the online class format was. You were in class but had the benefit of being in your own space - so it was very comfortable and conducive to learning. We still felt like we were part of a community and the workshop flowed very smoothly. AND it brought the book YFHA to life.”
“The program helped me get unstuck in both physical and mental areas of my life!“
“I got tools to face the changes brought on by the Pandemic.”
“If you want to be invigorated and excited to teach, I highly recommend Yoga for Healthy Aging Zoom Immersion. We were given a beautiful blend of yogic scientific/medical perspectives and Ayurveda regarding aging with practical new ideas.”
“The immersion has re-invigorated my yoga and stimulated my creativity.”
“I can now imagine aging gracefully.”
“This is a 5-star training!”
