According to Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, the yoga practice should be designed by a teacher for the individual student. While most of us experience yoga in the classroom setting, private yoga instruction is the best way to develop a personal practice for your specific needs. During a typical one-hour session, Baxter will design a customized sequence that can be taken home and used for your home practice. In follow up sessions Baxter will assess how the practice is meeting your goals, and adjust it accordingly. These sessions can address a wide variety of health concerns and injuries, as well as serve to start or deepen your yoga practice.
Baxter is a certified Yoga Therapist, a level of training denoted by C-IAYT.
